As a member of JARC’s successful and multi-faceted Philanthropy Department, the Philanthropy and Marketing Manager is responsible for creatively coordinating JARC fundraising events and projects; annual giving campaigns; agency marketing and communication; and volunteers. Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, the full-time position requires expertise in fundraising operations, donor relations, event management, sponsorships, marketing, all forms of communication, volunteer recruitment and management, and database use. The Manager will supervise the Volunteer and Community Relations Coordinator, as well as interns and administrative support staff. Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge software is preferred.
