AFP Ann Arbor Network: Perspectives on Developing a Culture of Philanthropy

Everyone knows culture eats strategy for breakfast. So how do you go about engaging your whole staff in fostering a culture of philanthropy? In this panel presentation you will hear from an executive director, program staff, board member, and development director on how they contribute to the culture of philanthropy at Ozone House. A facilitated panel discussion will explore what they’ve learned, where they’ve made mistakes, and how they support the fundraising function of the organization.
